YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Everyone has what it takes to make a difference

You don’t need to be a therapist, doctor or a counsellor to have what it takes to make a difference.

All it takes is good listening skills and the ability to ask “R U OK?” Sometimes all people need is someone to just listen to their experience and validate what they are feeling.

We may feel that we need to solve people’s problems but showing up and making time to REALLY hear what that are going through, could make them feel that they are not doing this alone. Asking R U OK? And genuinely listening to their answer, could help someone who is struggling feel supported and not alone. A conversation could change a life. Let someone know that you are HERE TO HEAR.
